Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions including AP/AR, journal entries, and bank statements
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports with strict deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for assigned portfolios
- Collaborate with international teams across APAC and EMEA time zones
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
- Generate financial forecasts and variance analysis for leadership review
- Maintain meticulous documentation for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge with audit experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Experience with multinational currency conversions
