- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors during overnight engagements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional site visits)
