Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
- Process and analyze financial transactions during overnight operations
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Support payroll processing and tax filing for night-shift employees
- Collaborate with international teams on multi-currency transactions
- Implement process improvements for night-shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
