Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accurate month-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and inter-company transactions.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy.
- Flexibility to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
