Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict attention to deadlines and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain meticulous documentation of financial transactions and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift or remote work exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
