Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures during overnight shifts
- Process and reconcile complex financial transactions
- Prepare accurate financial statements and audit documentation
- Coordinate with international teams across time zones
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies
- Support tax preparation and regulatory reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
