Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Process complex journal entries and month-end closing procedures
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
