Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with zero-error tolerance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements for overnight accounting workflows
- Support audit preparations with organized documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards
