Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Process and verify accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Manage bank account reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Collaborate with global finance teams across time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM, Sun-Thurs)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
