Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare month-end closing reports
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable systems
- Analyze financial data using QuickBooks and Excel for accuracy
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Monitor bank accounts and prepare cash flow statements
- Collaborate with international teams during market hours
- Maintain digital financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions beneficial
- Proficiency in financial reporting software (Sage 100 a plus)
