Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Process and analyze accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Prepare weekly payroll reports and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (including VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
