Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare month-end closing reports
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable systems
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare tax documents and financial statements for client portfolios
- Collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Maintain digital financial records with zero-error tolerance
- Support audit preparation and regulatory compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with macros
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sunday-Thursday)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
