Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Process accounts payable/receivable during overnight shift windows
- Assist with audit preparations and regulatory compliance reporting
- Monitor cash flow and financial systems for operational integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Document accounting processes and maintain internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with financial software integrations
