Responsibilities
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Process and record journal entries for daily financial activities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable workflows during night hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Generate nightly financial summaries for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with night shift or flexible schedule
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
