Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Process payroll and expense reports during overnight shifts
- Monitor and analyze financial data for discrepancies
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with global finance teams across time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with night shift or rotating schedules preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
