Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable/receivable cycles during night shifts
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and tax documentation
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with UK GAAP
- Generate real-time financial dashboards for executive review
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in night shift finance roles
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, Sage, and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC requirements
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
