Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and financial reporting during overnight hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven expertise in night shift or remote financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to accuracy
