Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multinational clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Maintain compliance with UK GAAP and international accounting standards
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting or audit
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Xero)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in night shift or remote financial roles
