- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Process payroll and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or part-qualified
- Minimum 3 years UK accounting experience
- Proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks/SAP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with night shift operations preferred

- Ability to work independently under pressure
