Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly management accounts
- Conduct VAT returns and compliance documentation
- Manage payroll processing for international operations
- Analyze financial variances and prepare exception reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting
- Proven night shift or flexible hours experience essential
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VBA/macros
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- UK GAAP and IFRS compliance knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
