Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial transactions across multiple currencies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to UK accounting standards
- Oversee payroll processing for international employees
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors during external compliance reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
- Proven expertise in UK GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and VAT compliance
