Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-entity accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Manage month-end closing processes and accruals
- Process payroll and vendor payments during off-hours
- Coordinate with auditors during overnight engagements
- Maintain secure financial documentation in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 3+ years general ledger experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system expertise (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- CPA or CIA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
