Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-entity accounts
- Process and validate daily financial transactions
- Generate accurate month-end closing reports
- Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams for cross-functional accuracy
- Maintain secure financial documentation systems
- Support tax preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience with night shift or remote accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
