Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with night shift or remote accounting operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
