Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Manage vendor payment cycles including ACH/wire transfers and check processing
- Collaborate with international teams on currency conversions and tax compliance
- Utilize SAP/Oracle ERP systems for invoice coding and workflow management
- Conduct quarterly audits and maintain detailed financial documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures with real-time reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and international payment regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience managing vendor relationships and dispute resolution
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Flexibility to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation
