- Develop executive-level foresight frameworks for board presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry panel participation
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategic analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year enterprise transformation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing) and societal trend analysis
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional designation
