Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next-gen foresight methodology
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Present findings at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions through trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals
- Fluency in at least two global languages with cultural intelligence
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
