Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements and general ledgers.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with tax preparation filings and document organization.
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and approval compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, or a recent graduate with an internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
