Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle expense reports.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Support the senior finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4+).
- Strong numeracy skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software (training provided).
