Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices using our ERP system (e.g., SAP or NetSuite).
- Review and match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
