Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and account reconciliation tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Support the month-end close process and general ledger maintenance.
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper coding.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements monthly.
- File and organize financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
