Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify expense reports.
- Support the internal audit process by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under supervision.
- Utilize Excel to analyze financial data and assist in budget preparation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
