Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including invoice processing and data entry.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with the month-end close process.
- Organize and maintain financial records and digital filing systems.
- Support the Senior Accountant with various ad-hoc projects and research.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn new accounting software and procedures.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
