Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry and maintaining ledgers.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and other regulatory filings.
- Support the internal audit process by providing requested documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
