- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and implement internal controls for financial integrity
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors for seamless reviews
- Develop and optimize financial reporting systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights clearly
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and reducing operational costs
