Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records in our cloud-based software.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare basic financial reports and ledgers for review by senior staff members.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
- Support the month-end close process and assist in year-end audit preparations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and accounting standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
