Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Prepare and organize financial documents and records for audits.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end closing tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math proficiency and familiarity with numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
