Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and updating financial ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports for approval.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- No prior accounting experience is required; we provide full training.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of math and financial concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
