Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform data entry into accounting software with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end close procedures.
- Filing and organizing physical and digital financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of basic tax documents and invoices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we teach you what you need to know.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
