As a Junior Accountant, you will work closely with our senior finance team to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of accounting operations. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is ready to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the senior accounting team to identify process improvements and support audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a strong plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and willingness to learn.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
