Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and assist with internal and external audits.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) to track financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
