Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support the senior accounting team with audits and internal reviews.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding account inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience is required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
