Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process payroll entries and maintain employee payroll records.
- Organize and file financial documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite preferred).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
