Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Support the audit process by gathering and organizing documentation.
- Review and verify accuracy of invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
