Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the finance team in preparing accurate monthly financial reports.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audits.
- Process payroll data and ensure accuracy in time tracking.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training provided).
