Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify vendor data, and ensure timely payments.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Support Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the annual audit process.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software.
- Assist the Finance Team: Provide administrative support and prepare basic variance analysis reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high data integrity.
- Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
