Responsibilities
- Assist the senior accounting team with daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and reporting.
- Support the month-end close process by compiling necessary reports.
- Maintain and update the company's general ledger and filing systems.
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and processes.
