Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high precision.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Support tax preparation and compliance efforts under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and obtain professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
