Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately entered into our accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- File and organize financial records and supporting documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
