Responsibilities
Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.Support the month-end and year-end close processes.Assist with tax preparation and filing documentation.Review and verify expense reports and invoices for accuracy.Organize and file financial documentation and records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
